Viral gastroenteritis (Stomach Flu)

 Viral gastroenteritis is an initial infection that includes signs and symptoms like watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting, and fever. The most common way to increase gastroenteritis is also called stomach flu. This causes by contact with an infected person by consuming contaminated food and water.
